The Dr!ve
The Dr!ve is a rock band from the region of Eastern Switzerland and Graubünden. We have been around for quite some time in a changing line-up, energy, joy of playing and the focus on groove have remained constant. We are just as much at home in the small club as we are on the big stage, because we are musically and technically very flexible and can quickly adapt to the space, audience and mood.
Our sound thrives on dynamics and character, from soul voice to rock tube, from warm clean parts to rich leads, from crisp guitar riffs to a groove that bass and drums push cleanly forward. We move through the decades of blues and rock, taking the best of both worlds and making it our own drive – direct, honest and with pressure.
We don't play 08/15 Top 40 hits, but songs with edge and feeling. That's exactly what sweeps you away: a set that breathes, a stage that lives, and music that doesn't seem slick, but real. Live we stand for energy, timing and character.
